Who We Are
The Ukrainian Institute of Intrafamily Systems (UI IFS)is developing ties with the international IFS Institute. We are dedicated to promoting the transformative practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy across Ukraine and internationally. As part of a global community, we bring evidence-based training, workshops, and therapeutic services to professionals and individuals seeking healing, growth, and self-awareness.
What is IFS?
IFS is a powerful and innovative model of psychotherapy developed by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz. It is based on the understanding that each of us is composed of multiple inner parts, and at our core is a Self that embodies compassion, curiosity, and calm. The IFS model offers a non-pathologizing, respectful approach to healing by helping individuals connect with their Self and bring harmony to their internal system.
Our Mission
At IU IFS, our mission is to:
Provide high-quality IFS training and education to professionals in Ukraine and surrounding regions.
Support individuals on their healing journeys through IFS-based therapy and workshops.
Build a vibrant community of practitioners who embody Self-leadership and bring healing into their communities.
Facilitate international collaboration and learning through partnerships with the IFS Institute and other global organizations.
