We warmly invite you to a long-awaited conversation with Tom Holmes, author of Parts Work: An Illustrated Guide to Your Inner Life, a book that introduced many mental health professionals to the language of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and opened a new perspective on psychotherapy and psychological healing.
During this event, we will explore the story behind the book, its central ideas, and their relevance today. We will also reflect on what helps us remain grounded and whole, even in the midst of life's challenges. Tom Holmes will share his thoughts on integrating the IFS model with spirituality and will answer questions from participants.
