The Ukrainian IFS Institute invites you to join shared practices of self-observation, connecting with your parts, and sharing your experiences in small groups. This is an opportunity to deepen your connection with the Self, as well as with other people.

This space is open to everyone who is familiar with the IFS method, seeks to build trusting relationships with themselves, and shares the values of mutual respect and support.

Meetings take place monthly: on the first Monday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Kyiv time).
